Gruppo '83, Inc. is the official and legal name of the organization of Chiang Kai Shek College High School Alumni Class of 1983. It is a non-profit, non-stock organization which was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commision (SEC), Manila on the 5th of April, 1994.

To promote social, civic-oriented activities and foster stronger ties and unity amongst organization members and their families.

Launched on 6th August 2002, this official website of Gruppo '83, Inc is established to provide the group its own unique identity and presence on the web. On its 20th Year Alumni Anniversary, Gruppo '83 is tapping the internet's power of reach to complement its information campaign to reach out to as many members, wherever they are now.
